Returns & Refunds

All products sold online can be returned within 14 days of you receiving it and we’ll exchange it for a different size and/or colour, if available.

We’ll charge you 10% restocking fee but free exchange, you just need to get the product back to us in the exact same condition you received it

(unopened, not worn/ridden, not damaged).

We do not offer refunds for returned items. Store credit or exchanges only.

Sale items: Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

The warranties and obligations provided by X WAKE AUSTRALIA for its products are the only express warranties and obligations offered by the company, its distributors, or retailers. These warranties and limitations are only applicable to the original purchaser or the person for whom the product was originally purchased.


Warranty claims must be initiated by the dealer who sold the product to the consumer. Consumers must return the product to the dealer from whom they purchased it to make a warranty claim. It is at the sole discretion of the dealer to honour the manufacturer’s warranty for an item they have not sold to a consumer. Under no circumstances should a warranty claim be submitted without a Return Authorization number issued by a dealer.


All shipping costs associated with returning the product to X Wake will be the responsibility of the party making the warranty claim. X Wake does not accept returned products for credit. Any unopened products or products returned with no apparent defect will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.


X Wake reserves the right to refuse warranty claims based on the determination that the defects were caused by factors other than manufacturer error. Products determined to have a manufacturer’s defect will be repaired if possible. If a product is unrepairable, replacement is at the discretion of the X Wake Warranty Department and would be a product of equal or greater performance.


It is important to note that the product should never be altered in any way, including waxing, painting, or any other form of modification. To properly maintain the product, it should only be cleaned with soap and water and thoroughly rinsed. Please note that exposure to prolonged sunlight may cause the colours to fade, and this is not covered under the warranty. To prevent fading, it is recommended to store the board in a bag when not in use. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or modification will not be covered under the warranty, nor will normal wear and tear.

The warranty covers within 12 months of purchase:

-Delamination without visible impact damage.

-Cracks/stress cracks on the edge, base, core or top laminate due to a manufacturing defect.

-Defective inserts. This does not cover improper screwing of boots or use of screws with the wrong thread.

-Quality control error and selling of a 2nd quality board as a 1st quality board.

-Cracking of the paint 

-Pulled out insert


The warranty does not cover:

-Any issues resulting from improper use, abuse, impact on/with any surface/object other than water.

-Damage caused by improper use, abuse, or modification.

-Normal wear and tear, including scratches, chips and dents, grindbase wear (PerlaGlide)

-Fading or yellowing due to long-term exposure to sunlight. THIS IS NOT COVERED BY WARRANTY. To protect your wakeboard from ultraviolet rays.

-Boards without a proof of purchase.

-Damage or defects caused by exposure to temperatures above 70 or below 0 degrees Celsius.

All X-Wake Wakeboards come with a limited 12-month manufacturers warranty. (Australia) This does not cover damage to the product if you’ve used it in a manner that the product wasn’t designed for.

We respond to you for defects found before the expiration of one year from the date of delivery of the item.

As a rule, you can report a complaint within that year from noticing the defect.

Consideration of your complaint (response to it) will take place within 14 days from the date we receive your complaint application.

If the product purchased from us proves to be defective, you have the right to submit it on the basis of warranty.
